You can be vaccinated, wear a mask, wash your hands, but you also need to make sure to disinfect the areas of your home or business that receive a lot of attention. These areas or surfaces can include phones, keyboards, light switches, and door handles. We have an extreme emphasis on making sure we clean these high touch point areas to make sure that all bases are covered. We do this every service, no matter what package you choose. We want to keep our clients happy and healthy!

We know that giving access into your home can be nerve-wracking, that is why we are bonded so that you know your personal belongings are protected as well.
Of course we want to build a long-lasting and strong relationship with all of our clients and do not want to see you go, but you are not locked into a contract at Good Vibez. We give all of our clients a checklist to let you know what we are cleaning before services begin and after to let you know what has been cleaned. If there are any services on the checklist you would like added or don’t need done let us know. If you have a preference on how you want your home cleaned or only want us to use cleaning products you provide, let us know and we will include it in your checklist. It is your home, we want to make sure it is cleaned to your satisfaction.
Any of the packages we offer can be tailored to fit your cleaning needs. We encourage you to let us know exactly how you want your office or home cleaned.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any of the cleaning services we provide, so we have developed a proven system that works, every time. We call it the 360 GuaranClean. It is to ensure that if followed, no spots will be left unclean. We believe in our system and know you will be 100% satisfied, but in the event we do miss a spot, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back and clean at no additional cost.

We recommend you start with this package to give your home the deepest clean possible and every 6 months thereafter. For this service we aren’t going as deep but we still give your home our superior clean.

Whether you are moving in and need help creating good vibez, or you are moving out and need help cleaning so you can get your deposit back, we are here and more than happy to help! The services we offer for this package are very similar to our deep cleaning. We get into all the nook and crannies to ensure nothing from the previous inhabitants (or you) is left behind. Planning a party or hosting Christmas dinner at your home is extremely overwhelming. You have to cook, decorate, and try to figure out how to arrange your home to accommodate your guest. But as you look around your home, you realize it is in no shape for entertaining.. Let us take deep cleaning your home off of your to do list! We may be able to help with the after party clean up. We are located in Newport News and we serve surrounding areas such as Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Poquoson. We are more than willing to service areas outside of this radius at an additional charge.
Note: Every cleaning we will dust, get rid of cobwebs, make beds/change linen(must be provided), take out trash(reline), and vacuum/sweep and mop. Please call us if you have any questions about the services we always provide.
